I focus on identifying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), clarifying product objectives, uncovering pain points and risks, and shaping new features that drive impact.
Product discovery: Using design thinking to understand users and the business, validate assumptions, and improve product–market fit.
Data science solution architecture: Designing and delivering data-driven and machine learning solutions to complex business problems, and communicating these solutions in a way that stakeholders can understand and act on, ensuring they meet real business needs.
Process design and optimisation: Building and refining development processes that work for both engineers and business stakeholders, fit the organisation’s culture, and make collaboration smoother and more transparent.
People leadership and growth: Supporting individuals and teams to reach their potential by providing mentorship, structure, and feedback. I focus on creating a healthy work environment, encouraging ownership, and fostering engagement and continuous growth.
